Many moons ago I tried without much luck to open a bakery...that was nine years ago. The bug has been reborn in me. I again have to desire to fulfill my passion for cooking and especially baking. I am good at it...and it is what I love to do.
The hurdles seem insurmountable, and I wonder how so many young people open their own places. Not that I am old...but I have been around the block a few times and seen a few things.
I am casting my hat into the ring. With renewed purpose and a certain something that I do not think I had before. I have a redoubled purpose and incentive. I am going to do this!
